Germen Wennemars studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Twente, with a specialization in imaging. In October 2025, he started as a PhD student at the MAGIC group on a project jointly funded by Siemens Healthineers and Cook Medical. His research focuses on navigation of passively marked devices in MR-guided interventions. He is supervised by Kristian Overduin and Jurgen Fütterer.
