Matthijs Topper is a graduate intern at the Minimally Invasive Image-Guided Intervention Center at Radboudumc. He is currently completing his Master’s degree in Technical Medicine at the University of Twente, with a specialization in Medical Imaging & Intervention. As part of his graduation project, Matthijs focuses on the development of deep learning–based segmentation models to support ablation procedures for hepatocellular carcinoma, using CT imaging data. His work is supervised by Jurgen Fütterer and Kristian Overduin.
